Fans who purchased the umbrellas had the opportunity to take photos with members of the Rakuten Girls, the official cheerleading squad of the Rakuten Monkeys.

YiaHuei Chen, Rakuten’s Taiwan Ecosystem Manager, highlighted the event’s significance, stating, “We are excited to bring these innovative partnerships to the Rakuten Super Game, enriching the Rakuten Ecosystem and providing consumers with richer experiences.”

The day opened with a ceremonial first pitch by Japanese fitness influencer, Maya Miyagawa, who enthused, “Meeting the Rakuten Monkeys and their fans is something I’ve been eagerly anticipating. I look forward to bringing excitement and enthusiasm to the stadium!”
